Crew will cut cart path this morning for electrical out to the new pump location.
11:50am- Scurlock is onsite cutting down meter vault today.
12:47pm- crew grades gravel for setting of flow meter vault.
3:15pm- vault is now placed and crew awaits concrete for pouring bottom in it.
4:30pm- floor is poured; curing and brooming to follow.
5:03pm- still to wet to broom. Crew will wait it out.
