7:18am- crew has moved equipment over into Pinnacle now so that the 4” line can begin getting laid.
7:52am- an electric line has been hit and broken near DRA 15+25.
9:07am- rock will need to be broke out here at the top of ditch.
10:57am- rock is broke out now and getting dug. More rock will need broke, but this gets them started downhill now.
11:41am- gravel now going in on 4” pipe being laid.
1:22pm- Boyce, working on rehab in Pinnacle today have raised MH’s P1E &P1F (map 5) 6” and 12” respectively.
3:00pm- rock breaking occurring around 8” water line now.
5:14pm- 8 joints of 4” was laid today on FM4.
