6:43am- 4” roadway crossing will occur today at STA 16+00.
7:40am- digging begins.
8:27am- rock breaking occurring.
10:11am- 1st jalf now ready for plates once dug out.
11:15am- almost across, but more rock to be broke out for proper depth.
12:35pm- crew not having to excavate under water line.
2:08pm- casing with carrier pipe now placed in roadway. Backfill is underway.
3:20pm- half of the roadway now backfilled.
3:36pm- boots going on to seal casing.
4:42pm- roadway now opened back up both ways. Some sweeping with rotary broom to take place next.
5:10pm- sweeping is now underway.
